Classical Turkey Tour

Think of Western Turkey and a host of great archaeological sites come to mind. Unsurpassable the monuments of Istanbul with the St. Sophia Church and the famous Blue Mosque. No other city in the world is as scenic as Pergamum Acropolis on the top of hill. Only the Bosphorus river cruise takes you on a whole magical journey between two continents, Europe and Asia, during the boat ride in the world. The world’s oldest and largest bazaars are located in the cities center of Istanbul, Bursa, and Edirne. All are very colorful and bustling and almost everything is available underneath their old brick domes. In this trip, you’ll visit Troy and see the Trojan Horse along with the eternal story between Helen & Menelaus which caused ten years bloody war, between Trojans and Spartans. When you’re at top of Assos Acropolis in this tour, you might be hearing the echoes of Aristo’s lectures coming through winds. Back then in Assos, St Paul sailed to Lesbos in the second half the first century AD. All over, this tour package is a perfect historical journey in the western part of Turkey with GuideOmer.
